I. Mail Server IP address setting/Cover page

Purpose
: Update the fax transferring situation and report

Setting → Transferring setting/Internet setting

Press “Transfer Administrator/Online
update” to check the updated transferring situation to get the fax
transferring result.
1) Site-located mail servers all over Taiwan can manage all the mails.
The mail servers will regularly polling the mail server IP address to find out
if there’s any fax mails.
2) As soon as system find the fax mails, all the
mails will be poped to fax record profile of the IFAX Receive Server
Administrator.
3) All the mails will be distributed per assigned
location to the local fax server and ready to be sent.
4) After transfer completed will send the result to
the mails server IP address.
II. Resend setting
Purpose : Set the sequence of the
fax transferring and set the information on the top of the cover page.
