Introduction

Step One
- Apply to be the member of PC to FAX
- Comwave deliver the user ID/PW
- User get the Comwave IFAX software
§
Step Two
- User log onto the internet
- Preparing the fax document : Choose
“Document/Print” and assign “Comwave Internet Fax”
to be the printer, and put in the fax no., then you can fax out any
document under Microsoft Windows.
§
Step Three
- Document sent out thru internet barebone to fax
management server
- After authenticating the document will be distributed to the fax server
on different nodes.
- The document will be delivered due to the priority (urgent, normal,
non-peak) to the assigned fax numbers.
§
Step Four
- System will record the result for fax transferring
(completed/busy/failed) and report to the fax management server.
