Menu bar and functions

Before staring the system you should know the menu bar and the function of each icon.

Menu Bar :

File Folder	Put the document which you use most on the file folder then can send out very quickly each time.
Fax	1) Provide the way for faxing 2) Name list maintenance
Record	1) Provide the record for the maintain and transaction log 2) Provide printing function for document faxed out
Setting	Provide the setting function for the environment of your PC
Display	Provide the setting function for displaying the menu bar
Help	System acknowledgement and copyright policy
